Adapted from NYT’s Broiled Salmon w/Mustard and Lemon by Melissa Clark

Serves: 1

Ingredients

1 (4-ounce) skinless salmon fillet, about 1-inch thick

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

½ tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1-2 Lemon wedges

Directions:

  1. Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil that will fit inside your air fryer.
  2. In a small bowl, stir the oil, mustard, and pepper until well mixed. Brush the tops and sides of the salmon with this mustard mixture.
  3. Bake at 400°F until the salmon is opaque with a deep brown crust, about 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.
  4. Squeeze a lemon wedge all over the cooked salmon fillet. Serve salmon with an additional lemon wedge if desired.
