Salmon Feta Bake

Ingredients

2 (4-ounce each) skinless salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick

½ block (8 oz) of feta cheese

16 oz Grape tomatoes

1 head of garlic

½ tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 cups of spinach

8 oz pasta

Spices:

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder


Directions:

  1. Place salmon, feta, tomatoes, and garlic in a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Add lemon, then spices to salmon.
  2. Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. While it is baking, cook pasta of choice according to box instructions.
  3. Shred salmon, smash feta, garlic, and tomatoes. Mix in spinach. Add cooked pasta.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
