Salmon Feta Bake

Ingredients
2 (4-ounce each) skinless salmon fillets, about 1-inch thick
½ block (8 oz) of feta cheese
16 oz Grape tomatoes
1 head of garlic
½ tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cups of spinach
8 oz pasta
Spices:
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Directions:
- Place salmon, feta, tomatoes, and garlic in a pan and drizzle with olive oil. Add lemon, then spices to salmon.
- Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes. While it is baking, cook pasta of choice according to box instructions.
- Shred salmon, smash feta, garlic, and tomatoes. Mix in spinach. Add cooked pasta.
- Serve and enjoy!
